Love the ghost colors, they look great! And Polter-Ham reads really well! I am a little confused what's going on with his hand on the cane there? But that's trivial. My question would be: could you maybe push the shapes a little more? I know you're going for something pretty realistic, but I feel like his silhouette could be better defined. Or was this game first person? Will the player see Polter-Ham much?
Those sideburns are... epic! And like the colors of the ghostly flame.
See if you can push the silhouettes of your designs to create stronger silhouettes. With clothing/costumes, note where the shapes make sense to trim & tuck, or flare. Check out Dermot Power's work to see examples of strong & interesting silhouettes. His work on A Christmas Carol is especially relevant here, I think: https://dermotpower.com/a-christmas-carol
Also note how Dermot Power places characters in poses that express something about their personality or character, and while enhancing their silhouette.
